In the big poem the Odyssey, Homer describes Odysseus as an epic hero. But, he is also able to show many ways in which he is heroic. He is somewhat of a hero. My opinion is back up by Odysseus’ actions, his qualities, and the decisions he makes. Some of Odysseus’ actions were heroic, while others were not. First, Odysseus blind the water flea Polyphemus. This action was to save his custody from being eaten or brut eachy murdered. Also, he forced Circe to restore his men to their genuine form. She had lured them to her occupy with food and wine. Shortly after, she enchanted them and turned them into pigs.
